The bit about us:

We currently manage over 400,000 sq. ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. We operate across the UK, with spaces in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with plans to launch more sites in 2027 (and beyond!).

eighteen is our private members’ club and event space at the top of 103 Colmore Row. With panoramic views across Birmingham, it’s a comfortable place for people to work, meet, eat, drink, connect and celebrate.

Today we are looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join us on a casual basis (approx. 15 hrs per week), to help shape the member experience.

With party season fast approaching, we have a busy events calendar ahead, so there’ll be a number of evening (and occasional weekend) shifts over the coming months.

Based on Colmore Row, this role is perfectly located if you are currently studying at UCB as we are only a 5 min walk away!!

What you’ll do:

• Serve a range of drinks with confidence, knowledge and charm.

• Deliver warm, personal and professional service to our members and guests.

• Keep the bar area clean, well-stocked and running smoothly.

• Work busy events, private functions with a calm, confident attitude.

• Recommend drinks and cocktails based on guest preferences.

What we’re looking for:

• Ideally 1 years bar experience in a quality hospitality setting.

• Solid knowledge of classic cocktails, spirits, wine and beer.

• A friendly, reliable and adaptable attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Event experience.
