eighteen is x+why's private members club based in the prestigious 103 Colmore Row building. It has been designed with style, comfort and exclusivity in mind and blends refined interiors with panoramic views of the city. 

At eighteen our members enjoy access to a range of curated events, seasonal food and drink menus and an environment that encourages connection, collaboration, and an escape from the ordinary.

We are looking for experienced and enthusiastic F&B Assistant to join the team on a part time casual basis. Ideally you are available for approx 15 - 25 hours per week. We are very flexible with how those are hours are split. The hourly rate is £13.50 + tips and ideally you can start ASAP.

The bit about the role:

This is varied generalist F&B Assistant role, which involves supporting the front of house team with daily service, support behind the bar when required, warmly welcome event delegates and assist with overall event coordination.

The team at eighteen are a great bunch and no two days will be the same!

The bit about you:

You come to work with an energetic, positive outlook and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to assist the team with whatever is needed. Ideally you have experience working as part of a busy restaurant floor team within a premium hospitality setting, and are a natural people person who exudes warm and charm!

You are well presented and understand the understand what exceptional service looks like.
