The bit about us:

We currently manage almost 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. We operate across the UK, with spaces in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with plans to launch more sites in 2026 (and beyond!).

Our brilliant Front of House team at our stunning Marble Arch Clubspace (The Orchard), are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join them on a casual basis (approx 18 hrs per week), to help shape the member experience.

The bit about the role:

• Support the front-of-house team during daily service.

• Ensure smooth and elevated experiences for members and guests.

• Handle bookings, floor plans, and special member requests.

• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and discretion.

• Work closely with the Floor Managers and wider club team to deliver excellence. 
  

The bit about you:

• We would love you to have at least 2 years FOH experience in a premium hospitality setting.

• You show up when you say you will and and enjoy bringing energy to the service.

• A natural people person who exudes warmth and charm.

• You love getting to know your regulars and are a pro at remembering names and faces!

• Ideally you are available to start mid May
