Today we operate over 400,000 sq ft of hospitality-led coworking, event, and members’ clubspaces for 5,000+ members. With a total of 15 sites, you’ll find us in London, Birmingham, Manchester and Milton Keynes, with more launches on the horizon!!
The bit about the role:
Internally our reception role is called "Community Associate", because this is more than just a meet and greet position! And as our roaming Community Associate you will be in the unique position of getting to know all eight of our London sites, their teams and members. Whether you’re covering absence, supporting busy periods or helping deliver larger events, your job will be to ensure every site ticks along nicely.
Primarily based on the front desk, you will warmly welcome all members and visitors, conduct regular site checks, respond and action email inquiries from current and prospective members, book meeting rooms, support member engagement events and order stock/supplies.
The bit about you:
As the first point of contact for members and guests, you set the tone wherever you go. You instinctively understand what exceptional service looks like and deliver it with warmth, confidence and consistency, even when you’re stepping in at short notice. Your positive, engaging nature is infectious, and you bring calm to every space you support.
You genuinely enjoy variety, movement and meeting new teams. Being able to drop into different London sites and quickly get in sync with how each one operates is your superpower!
As a highly visible brand ambassador, you consistently demonstrate patience, composure and kindness, even on the busiest of days.
Ideally, you’ll have experience in a front-of-house role within a premium hospitality brand or co-working environment, and will feel confident flexing across multiple sites.
Hours are Monday to Friday with 2 rotating shifts (8am-5pm and 9am-6pm).
