The bit about us:
Founded in 2019, by 3 incredibly motivated entrepreneurs whose mission was clear - business should be a force for good. And by good we mean; we consider people and planet as well as profit. We are very proud to be a Certified B Corp!
We currently manage almost 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. We operate across the UK, with offices in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with plans to launch more sites in 2025 (and beyond!).
The bit about the role:
Based on the main ground floor reception desk of our stunning Marble Arch site, you will be across everything that happens within the building.
You will greet all guests to the building, respond and action email enquiries from current and prospective members, support with event coordination and manage member access and warmly welcome any VIP’s. You will also seek to build relationships with 3rd party stakeholders such as local businesses, building and maintenance contractors and ultimately be on hand to help with any ad hoc member queries.

As the first person our members and guests engage with, you will understand what exceptional service looks like, and how to achieve that. Your positive and engaging nature is infectious, and everyone you interact with walks away a little bit happier.
You love being the “glue” that keeps everything ticking along and enjoy collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders. You are solution based in your approach and as a highly visible brand ambassador you consistently demonstrate patience, composure (and kindness!) even on the bumpiest of days!
Ideally you will have experience working in a front of house position for a premium hospitality brand or for another co-working provider.
