The bit about us:

We currently manage almost 400,000 sq ft of hospitality focused co-working, event, and exclusive Clubspaces for over 5000 members. We operate across the UK, with spaces in London, Birmingham, Manchester, and Milton Keynes, with plans to launch more sites in 2025 (and beyond!). We are very proud to be a Certified B Corp!

We are looking for skilled and enthusiastic wait staff to join our floor team on a casual basis (approx 20/30 hours per week), to help shape the member experience at our stunning Clubspace called Eighteen.

The bit about the role:

• Support the front-of-house team during daily service
• Ensure smooth and elevated experiences for members and guests
• Handle bookings, floor plans, and special member requests
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, and discretion
• Work closely with the Floor Managers and wider club team to deliver excellence 
• The Club will operate full service 6/7 days a week (hourly rate + service) 

The bit about you:

• Experience as part of a busy restaurant floor team
• Ideally within a private members club or premium hospitality setting 
• Immaculate presentation and confident, professional communication
• A natural people person who exudes warmth and charm 
• The ability to keep smiling, even when under pressure
• Flexible, positive and excited to grow with a brand-new opening
