The bit about the role:

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Manager to help deliver our end-to-end digital strategy. Reporting to our Chief Commercial officer, this is a hands-on role for a commercially focused marketer, who can optimise our digital presence and accelerate growth across all channels.

Day to day responsibilities include:

• Manage performance marketing campaigns (PPC, paid social, display).  
• Lead SEO, website performance, and content marketing to strengthen brand presence and search visibility. 
• Build, test, and refine end-to-end digital campaigns to support workspace  occupancy, event bookings, and membership sales.
• Manage our digital ecosystem (Apps, platforms, hosting and integrations).
• Oversee analytics and dashboards to track performance and identify insights.
• Stay ahead of digital trends to ensure our tech stack remains innovative.

The bit about you:

• Excellent track record in performance marketing, SEO and CRM
• Ideally within a workspace, hospitality, or membership environment.
• Data driven mindset, with advanced reporting and attribution skills.
• Strong understanding of website/CMS management, CRO and technical hosting.
• Experience with UX/UI principles and marketing automation.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.
• You perform at your best when part of a visible high-impact team.
