Floor Manager - Private Members Club

The bit about the role:
As Floor Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the full front-of-house & bar operation, ensuring each member and their guests consistently experience a phenomenal level of service.
You will support the Operations & Events Manager with monitoring stock levels, assist with wastage and cost controls and ensure the overall club is well maintained.
This role requires a hands-on leader with operational knowledge, the ability to manage, train and motivate team members and ultimately to create a positive and enjoyable working environment.

Our members sit front and center in everything we do - we want them to feel welcomed and special, so they can completely relax and enjoy every minute they spend with us. As Floor Manager will you play an integral role in ensuring this and actively contribute to eighteen’s success.
Supervisory experience in a similar role within a premium restaurant/hotel which has a fun, social atmosphere is preferred. We operate mainly Monday to Friday, 7am till late – and sometimes weekends! We are looking for someone who can start in early September and is comfortable with a variable hour contract.
