The bit about the role:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and shape the culinary identity of our club. You’ll design and deliver innovative, high-quality menus, that reflect seasonal ingredients and cater to diverse tastes, from fine dining to relaxed brunch offerings. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute creative menus showcasing ethical and local produce.
• Oversee kitchen operations, ensuring consistent quality and presentation.
• Manage food costs, stock, and supplier relationships to meet budget targets.
• Lead, train, and inspire a small, dedicated kitchen team.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations.
• Collaborate with the management team to ensure food offerings align with the club’s vision.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous role as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef 
• Experience in a high-end restaurant, private members’ club, or boutique hotel
• Expertise in creating seasonal, ethically and locally sourced menus 
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and motivating teams.
• Excellent organisational and financial acumen to manage kitchen operations 
• A passion for delivering memorable dining experiences 
• Knowledge of food trends with the ability to cater to all dietary requirements
