Opening next month, The Arding Rooms is our newest private members club, located within the beautifully restored Arding & Hobbs building in the heart of Clapham Junction. A thoughtful blend of Art Deco eccentricity with a modern, creative spirit — we have created a space where high end hospitality meets community, comfort and style.

The bit about the role:

As Floor Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the full front-of-house operation, ensuring each member and their guests consistently experience a phenomenal level of service.

You will support the General Manager with revenue growth and sales strategies, monitor stock levels, assist with wastage and cost controls and ensure the overall club is well maintained. 

This role requires a hands-on leader with extensive operational knowledge, the ability to manage, train and motivate team members and ultimately to create a positive and enjoyable working environment.

Trouble shooting is what you do best – you are solution based in your approach and as a Brand Ambassador you demonstrate composure (and kindness!) even on the bumpiest of days!

Our members sit front and center in everything we do - we want them to feel welcomed and special, so they can completely relax and enjoy every minute they spend with us.  As Floor Manager will you play an integral role in ensuring this and actively contribute to The Arding Rooms success. 

Experience in a similar role within a premium restaurant/private members club, which has a fun, social atmosphere is preferred. The Club will be open 7 days a week.
